We have four layers of security control; 1) wind proof, 2) elevator hall, 3) * floor limitation system, 4) and each tenant entrance. Drastic security control for your comfortable life.

Elevator is programmed to stop on each tenant's level automatically.
Tenants doors are locked with Non-touch key. You can easily open your door even with your hands occupied.
Seismic isolation system in the foundation will reduce the vibration of earthquake. It will minimize the damage of the building and tenant spaces.
Emergency generator will provide electricity for 72 hours in case of power outage.
We have emergency supplies (food, water, etc.) stored on every floors.
We will draw and filter the well water for your own bathroom in case of water outage.
